Brendan did an amazing job for us. This was a co-owned condo, gifted to us by a relative, so a bit more complex. Brendan had to deal with three parties living in three different places, and handled all of the details for us quickly and seamlessly, including staging the condo beautifully! In addition, he began the process over the Thanksgiving holiday, and finished it over the Christmas holiday, so double kudos for that! The fact that the buyer loves the condo is such a bonus. Brendan was really great to work with. My fiancée and I were house hunting in East Bay since rents are skyrocket high in SF, and Brendan came recommended from my fiancée's co-worker. A house came to our attention on day 1 of working with Brendan, and though he must've had other things going on, scheduled time that day to connect, review comps, provide advice, and we were able to put a bid in timely.
