Brendan did an amazing job for us. This was a co-owned condo, gifted to us by a relative, so a bit more complex. Brendan had to deal with three parties living in three different places, and handled all of the details for us quickly and seamlessly, including staging the condo beautifully! In addition, he began the process over the Thanksgiving holiday, and finished it over the Christmas holiday, so double kudos for that! The fact that the buyer loves the condo is such a bonus. Since I live in Colorado, I don't know if I'll ever have the chance to recommend Brendan to anyone, so this is my best shot. Brendan was really great to work with. My fiancée and I were house hunting in East Bay since rents are skyrocket high in SF, and Brendan came recommended from my fiancée's co-worker. A house came to our attention on day 1 of working with Brendan, and though he must've had other things going on, scheduled time that day to connect, review comps, provide advice, and we were able to put a bid in timely. Though we were outbid (Shocker! Welcome to the Bay Area), Brendan found us the house we live in today within 45 days. I worked with Brendan last year to buy an investment condo in Walnut Creek. I was coming out of a very difficult sell side, and Brendan made the buy side very easy. He negotiated a good deal in a seller's market, interfaced with title and the HOA, and the whole thing went as smoothly and easily as I could hope for. Since then, he has managed the property. He found a tenant and, while I do lot think there have been any issues, I have not heard of them, which seems to me to be everything I could ask for.
